About/ Bouli Bar was opened in 2013 by Chef Amaryll Schwertner and business partner, Lori Regis, as a restaurant that also sells its ingredients for use in the home kitchen. Sighted at the main nave and south passageway in the Ferry Building Marketplace, Bouli Bar features custom-made oak tables, Hans J. Wegner chairs, and lighting by Tom Dixon.
